| If the 16th of July is a no-go (since 2 of us can't be there on july 16), I can do the 23rd of July as an alternative (just putting it out there since we are talking alternatives)

| For me the 9th is almost 90% out, simply because that will be the third week in a row we've gamed.
Anyway... right now, if this doesn't change... (hah! ;)) I'd recommend we meet this Saturday (as planned, that's the 2nd) and then either meet on the 16th (which isn't yet a no-go, sorry Jessi, as only two people have pulled out) or the 23rd.
Right now the 23rd looks better on one hand (as the 16th would mean interchanging three players, which we can do but just creates headaches in plots). But on the other, it means another period when we're gaming twice in eight days. So I'm two minds about it (if you're interested, one mind is useless, the other is insane! :D).
But we can discuss it more on Saturday.

| Hello all,
Since July 2nd was a bust due to the big old power outage over on that side of town, I wanted to re-confirm and see who all would be free to game on July 9th next week instead. Ash said he could make it so as long as we have at least 4 players we'll be good to go. Please let us know either way. Hope to see most everyone then.

| I probably could make July 9th work, but I think that would be the third week in a row that we've tried to get together. I'm a bit burned out on clearing my schedule for the game week after week. Then if we do play July 9th, I'm set up for missing July 23rd while I'm at the coast. I think the time has come for me to give up my seat for another player.
I've enjoyed getting back into role-playing over the past year and a half. Most of all, I've enjoyed getting to know all of you. So, I'll finish my last journal entry and don't hesitate to contact me if there aren't enough players for the regular game. Maybe I can get down within an hour for a board game or just to shoot the breeze.

| Just to clarify, we are not changing our currentlyestablished every other week schedule and the regular dates indicated by that (July 16, July 30, etc.) I think that thealternate dates we’ve added on from the off weekends have thrown a few people, but the established schedule won’t change. Also, the dates people have suggested for ‘alternate dates’ are only ifwe have a cancelation and there are at least 4 players available and willing to meet. I know some people really want toget some game time in, but these alternate dates are extra and don’t effect the regular schedule.

| Due to all the confusion and scheduling challenges, I think we're just going revert to how we did the schedule previously. The game will be on the set weekends every other week. If we can't game one week for what ever reason, we'll meet at the next regularly scheduled game. That doesn't mean y'all can't post and see about meeting for one-shots or board game days, but the main game will stick with the regularly scheduled dates.
If you're unable to make a game for any reason or need to be late or leave early, please let us know by the Wed before the game at the latest if at all possible. You can post on the forum and you should have my phone number and email as well. If you need my phone number just let me know and I'll get it to you. Thanks.
Also note that I've added a post to clarify the leveling or point system for the game in the forum and added to the game log.
