Entry full text: (full character description/backstory/origin)

Click the 'Choose File' button.  Find the file on your computer and select it, then click the  'Open' button.  You will now notice the name of the image file next to the 'Choose File' button and the shortcut '$IMAGE#$' that you can use to add the image into your descriptions.

File-archive: (upload your character sheet here)
Click the 'Choose File' button.  Find the file on your computer and select it (.pdf prefered), then click the  'Open' button.  You will now notice the name of the file next to the 'Choose File' button.  The file will appear as a link at the top of the page when people select your character entry.

Select the 'Characters' link from the main site menu.

Find your character entry and look to the far right across from your character name.

Select the blue pencil icon to edit your entry.

Entry Version: (enter your updated character level)

File-archive: (upload your updated character sheet here)
Click the 'Choose File' button.  Find the updated file on your computer and select it, then click the 'Open' button.  You will now notice the name of the file next to the 'Choose File' button.  You will see the name of the old character sheet below this.  Click the box next to Remove so it will be replaced with the updated sheet.  It might be a good idea to rename your updated character sheet with the level so as to not confuse the two files.

You may also edit or update any of the other fields in this section.

To make sure your updated file was attached to the entry, go back to the Characters section and find your entry.  Once selecting it you should see the updpated character level next to your characters name and the updated sheet can be accessed from the 'Download from this server' link.
