sooooo... good news/bad news time.

Good news! I got a job! I'll be working as a project coordinator and technical adviser for a company called WDS.

Bad News! WDS is based in Seattle. I wanted to hold out till I heard if Jessi was going to have a spot at that Charlotte gig, but the money got too tight. Work is supposed to start on the 27th, and I'm going to need most of the week before to drive there. If you guys are around at all over the next week, I'd love to be able to hang out with folks, but if not, I totally understand.

Also, would people be interested in a Play by Post game, were I to run one?

Congrats, Rob. That's really good news, although we'll be sorry to see you go. Maybe we can all meet for boardgames and general chitchat next Saturday?

As for gaming, Michelle's keen on running Pathfinder for a while. And I believe Jessi mentioned maybe giving GMing a try to. So we should be good for a while.

Glad you got a job Rob, but sad you won't be around.  I'd try Play by Post, though I've never done it before.  I'll have to check on next week as I think we made plans to meet up with some of Dawns family.  I"ll let you know for sure a little closer to then.

Gratz, Rob!

Even though you are moving out of state I would still love to collaborate with you on Flex.  Let me know.  I will be around this weekend with my son, I will probably stop in at AE at some point. We're finally moved in albeit living mostly out of boxes but things are slowly coming together.  The weekend of the 24th, if we were planning on getting together for a session, will be out for me since I am going camping at the beach with some friends.  Sorry I have been completely out of it with this recent move so I apologize for not knowing what we're planning for the group.

I'll be at the store from 10-11:15 or so this Sat.  On the plus side you can meet my wife the deliverer of pizza before we go meet her mom for lunch.  Ash will be there too.  I'd be up for a game of velicrapator cannibalism or flux for sure.  See you then.

Sorry I missed you guys this morning.  I had nap schedules and a ton of work to get done around the house before I could leave.  I got there at noon but no one was there other than 300 MTG nerds.  If I don't get to see you before you leave, Rob, have a safe trip and much success in Seattle!
