I was browsing through reddit and found this interesting offspring template for a Dwarf/Gnome. Waddaya guys think?

Dwome (Duo - Meh) - Gnome/Dwarf  (10 rp)
Description:
Summary: Sometimes little races stick together. When gnomes and dwarves have children together, their offspring are the hearty and quick-witted Dwome.
Physical description: The children of dwarves and gnomes, these look more like small humans than either their stocky dwarven or sprightly gnomish parents. They tend to be short - between 3’10 and 4’2” tall - and well-built, but lean. At first glance people often mistake them for dwarves, gnomes, human adolescents, or even, occasionally, halflings (although Dwome are noticeably taller than halflings).
Society: There are no cities populated exclusively by Dwome. They tend to live in either dwarf or gnome settlements, where they are generally treated as quaint novelties.
Relations: Dwome get along especially well with dwarves, gnomes and halflings. Some resent or grow suspicious of taller races such as humans and elves. They tend to have a burning hatred for orcs and goblins that can unfortunately transfer to half-orcs as well.
Alignment and Religion: Those raised among dwarves tend to be driven by tradition and manifest a lawful alignment. Those raised by gnomes tend to be driven by freedom and manifest a chaotic alignment.
Adventurers:Quick learners and immovable warriors, they pursue a variety of careers and adventuring paths. Dwome have a tendency to have a natural knack for engineering, and many become skilled craftsmen. They retain some latent magical ability from their gnome side, allowing them to quickly detect the presence of magic and decipher magical writings.
Dwome Racial Traits:
Type (0 rp): Humanoid Subtypes: Dwarf, Gnome
Ability Scores (standard, 0 rp): + 2 Con, + 2 Int, - 2 DexDwome gain the heartiness of both their dwarven and gnomish heritage, and they tend to be highly intelligent, benefitting from the wisdom and wit of their predecessors. They are somewhat awkwardly bulky for their size, and take a penalty to dexterity.
Size (0 rp): Medium - 3’1-” to  4’2” - no penalties or bonuses based on size.  A Medium creature has a space of 5 feet by 5 feet and a reach of 5 feet.
Speed (0 rp): 30 feet
Languages (linguist, 1 rp) - Dwome begin play speaking common, dwarven, and gnome. Those with high intelligence scores can learn any language.
Senses Racial Traits:
Low-Light Vision (1 RP). Members of this race can see twice as far as a race with normal vision in conditions of dim light.
Defensive Racial Traits:
Stability (1 RP) Their low center of gravity makes they sure-footed.  Members of this race receive a +4 racial bonus to their CMD when resisting bull rush or trip attempts while standing on the ground.
Feat and Skill Racial Traits:
Focused Study (4 RP) Both dwarven and gnomish societies prize hard work and ingenuity. As a result, Dwome are often masters of their trades. At 1st, 8th, and 16th level, members of this race gain Skill Focus in a skill of their choice as a bonus feat.
Dwome Fortitude: Static Bonus Feat (2 RP): Hale and healthy, dwomes gain the benefits of the feat great fortitude: +2 on Fortitude saves.
Magical Racial Traits:
Envoy (1 RP) Their gnomish heritage leaves all dwome with trace magical ability, even those that do not develop them. Members of this race with an Intelligence score of 11 or higher gain the following spell-like abilities (the caster level is equal to the user's character level):1/day—comprehend languages, detect magic, detect poison, read magic.

Dwome seems overpowered to me, especially when you compare their traits to those of their parents.  I'd do the following instead:

Ability Scores:  +2 to one ability score of their choice
    Half-Breed - Same as the other half-breeds.

Size: Small  (+1 AC, +1 attack, –1 CMB & CMD, +4 Stealth)
    Gnome

Speed: 20ft
    Both parents the same.

Lanuages: Common, Dwarven, and Gnome.  Learn the following with high Int: Giant, Goblin, Orc, Terran, Undercommon, Draconic, Elven.
    Both parents combined.

Vision:  Darkvision
    Dwarf

*Weapon Familiarity: Any weapon with "Gnome" or "Dwarven"
    Both parents combined.

*Defensive Training: +4 dodge bonus to AC against monsters of the giant type.
    Both parents the same.

*Hatred: +1 bonus on attack rolls against humanoid creatures of goblinoid subtypes due to special training against these hated foes.
    Both parents overlap.

Hardy: +2 racial bonus on saving throws against poison, spells, and spell-like abilities.
Dwarf - Instead of Dwome Fortitue, I'd give them exactally what their Dwarven parent has.

Obsessive: +2 racial bonus on a Craft or Profession skill of their choice.
Gnome - Instead of Focused Study, I'd give them exactally what their Gnomish parent has.

Give them the above * items that Gnome and Dwarf both have in common rather than Stability & Envoy.
Based on description Stability doesn't make sense and seems overpowered.  Envoy spells are more readily useful than those for Gnome and seem overpowered.
